Pray For Badiya - Bedouin desert area

Population: 1,000,000

Inhabiting the dessert of Syria, Bedouin peoples spread all thought Syrian desserts and cities. Known for herding livestock and being nomadic peoples in the Arab world. In Syria many have been forced in recent years to move towards cities and rely less on livestock for their livelihood. Though many adhere to Islam, many still follow their tribal traditions.

"When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue is parched with thirst, I the Lord will answer them; I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open rivers on the bare heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.” Isaiah 41:17-20

Father, as the Bedouin of Syria are spread across desert lands and cities. Would you open rivers in bare heights and fountains in the valleys. Would you plant in the wilderness trees from all around. So that they may see and know, consider and understand all that you have done for them.
