The population of Manbij is mainly made up of Arabs and has Kurdish, Turkmen, Circassian, and Chechen minority groups. Many of its residents practice Naqshbandi Sufism, which is a major Sunni Order of Sufism. Manbij is located in the Northeastern part of the Aleppo Governorate.

Lord, as the people of Manbij see themselves as an offshoot of Islam, call them to Yourself and show them there is only one God and one faith. Show them that they can know You through Jesus Christ.
